Natürlich stark – mein neuer Gamechanger!

Als aktiver Spielsportler bin ich absolut überzeugt von Braveheart. Seit ich es regelmässig nutze, fühle ich mich im Training und im Wettkampf deutlich belastbarer und regeneriere schneller. Die Kombination aus hochwertigen und natürlichen Mikronährstoffen unterstützt spürbar meine Gelenke und Muskeln. Ich fühle mich mental klarer und belastbarer. Macht alte Krieger wieder fit...

Nach über 20 Jahren Trainig in verschiedenen Arten der Selbstverteidigung, habe ich vor fünf Jahren mit dem MMA Training begonnen.

Zwei mal pro Woche übe ich bei Bruno Zybach im Elements Bern, den Zweikampf mit teilweise 25 Jahre jüngeren Kontrahenten. Im Sparring kann es ab und an ziemlich deftig werden für 55 Jahre alte Männer wie mich. Die darauf folgenden Regeneration der Blessuren verlangsamt sich im alter Zusehens und der Dampf im Kessel nimmt kontinuierlich ab.

Um dem entgegen zu wirken, habe ich in erster Linie aufputschende Sportler Supplements vor dem Training eingenommen. Das hatte eine gewisse treibende Wirkung, aber auch Nachteile wie
schlechtes Einschlafen und der finanzielle Aufwand für den kleinen Booster.

Ich erzählte dies meinem Trainer und er empfahl mir das „Braveheart“ Bundle der Raw Animal
Reihe, das auch er selber regelmäßig einnehme.

Mein Fazit nach der ersten Lieferung ist durchwegs Positiv. ( die zweite ist heute mit der Post eingetroffen )

Der erste Effekt war, das ich VIEL besser Einschlafe und auch entspannter Schlafen kann.
Das macht sich schon beim Aufwachen bemerkbar. Die Batterie hat mehr Saft und der Tag beginnt
viel gelassener. Auch das täglichen Mentalen Belastungen sind leichter zu handhaben.

Im Training sieht es genau so positiv aus. Auf die ganzen Booster kann ich verzichten und bin trotzdem voll dabei und der Dampfkessel gibt volle Leistung.

Die Resilienz des Kriegers erwacht zu neuem Leben.

Es kommt noch besser.

Mental voll motiviert und voller Tatendrang ist als nächstes geplant meine Trainingseinheiten auszuweiten. Anstelle von einer Einheit werde ich mal Testen wie ich zwei aufeinander vollende verkraften kann ohne mich körperlich unnötig zu überlasten.

Man ist so alt wie man sich fühlt.....
