Our philosophy

Raw Animal stands for real, species-appropriate nutrition – healthy and suitable for everyday use. We show that you can strengthen your body and sustainably improve your health. We're not just about products, but about a movement: Together we'll discover the power of natural nutrition and bring vitality back into your life.

mission

At Raw Animal, we believe that healthy eating should be accessible to everyone.

Many people suffer from chronic complaints, obesity or unexplained problems – often caused by poor nutrition.

We believe the solution lies in the diet of our ancestors. In the past, people remained strong, active, and healthy into old age. Their secret: They used highly nutritious products, specifically animal-based diets. This means they ate fruits, eggs, roots, and the entire animal—from muscle to organ. Organ meats such as liver, heart, kidney, and spleen are especially nutritious. They contain significantly more vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other essential nutrients than regular meat and provide the body with everything it needs to stay productive and vital.

vision

Our vision is to make these valuable foods accessible to everyone. We want to demonstrate that species-appropriate nutrition is practical, delicious, and easy to integrate into everyday life. This way, everyone can strengthen their bodies, prevent disease, and live a healthier life in the long term – together with us and our community.

Why Raw Animal?

Offal is extremely healthy, but not everyone wants to eat it or
has time to prepare them. This is where we come in: Raw Animal offers
freeze-dried beef offal in capsule form – the full nutritional power,
without effort or overcoming.

Our values

  • Naturalness: no additives, no hidden substances
  • Quality: carefully selected raw materials
  • Transparency: clear origin and gentle processing
  • Community: we are taking the path to better nutrition together with our community

The beginning of our mission

Who started Raw Animal

My name is Serhad Erdogan, and I launched this website in June 2023.

Why? I've been interested in the human body since my youth. At 15, I started bodybuilding and followed the typical diet: rice, broccoli, chicken breast, and around 200g of protein a day. My muscles grew, but I forced myself to eat an unnatural diet—salted meat, genetically modified wheat, and "healthy" oils like rapeseed or peanut oil were among the ingredients; butter was considered "unhealthy." I lived like this for over 14 years.

The consequences:

  • Reflux: I suffered from severe heartburn as early as 16. Doctors explained it as genetic and prescribed acid reducers.
  • Pollen allergy: At 20, I suddenly developed allergies. The diagnosis: lifelong antihistamines.
  • Shoulder problems: During my medical studies, I suffered from tendonitis, also supposedly "genetic."
  • Overweight: I gained a lot of weight during the COVID lockdowns.

The turn:

My brother came across the work of Ray Peat. His insight: Many illnesses arise from disrupted hormonal and energy processes. The solution: a species-appropriate diet—fruit, meat, bone broth, organ meats, cheese, milk, honey; avoiding seed oils, additives, and, to a large extent, grains.

My results:

  • After three days without grain, the shoulder pain disappeared.
  • After six months, I was able to stop taking acid reducers.
  • My allergies improved tremendously.
  • I built more muscle in two years than ever before.

Raw Animal – freeze-dried beef offal in capsule form

If I can do it, you can too. I have no special genetics or advantages—I'm pretty average. It takes a while to break away from rice or grains and eat more fruit... but almost everyone likes fruit.

Most people also enjoy meat, cheese, and bone broth. However, opinions differ when it comes to offal. It's understandable that not everyone wants to eat testicles, and the taste of liver is also debatable. Many people grimace at the mere thought of offal.

This is exactly where I want to start: Maybe you're convinced that offal is healthy, or you just want to try it, but you think, "Yes, Serhad could be right." At the same time, you find the idea unpleasant, don't have time to cook, or can't get hold of certain offal.

That's what Raw Animal is for: to make the benefits of organ meats accessible to you, to show you that there are other options, and to prove that we can eat a species-appropriate diet and get healthy again. Together.
